To confirm a Jeep Safari booking, visitors must provide:
Full Name (as per Government ID)
Age and Gender of each visitor
Preferred Safari Date
Preferred Safari Slot (Morning / Afternoon)
Valid Government ID Number (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.)
Required advance payment for safari booking
All details provided during booking must be accurate and match the identification documents presented at the time of entry.
Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Confirmation of booking depends on permit availability from the concerned authorities.
Visitors must carry the same original ID proof used during the booking process.
Indian Nationals are advised to book well in advance due to limited permit availability.
Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourists.
Jim Corbett National Park is a protected wildlife reserve governed by the Forest Department.
Entry is permitted only after successful verification of visitor details.
Visitors must comply with all rules and instructions issued by forest officials.
Any mismatch in booking details and identification documents may result in denial of entry.
The Forest Department reserves the right to refuse entry without prior notice if any rule is violated.
Private vehicles are not allowed inside the park for tourism activities.
Only authorized safari vehicles registered with Corbett Tiger Reserve are permitted.
Visitors must use the vehicle assigned or approved for their safari booking.
Safari timings are determined by the Forest Department and may vary according to season and weather conditions.
Visitors are responsible for arriving at the designated entry gate before the reporting time.
Late arrival may result in loss of safari access.
Permits for Sonanadi Ecotourism Zone are issued through the Visitor Reception Center (VRC), Kotdwar.
Permits for other tourism zones are subject to online booking availability.
Day visits to Dhikala Zone are permitted only through the authorized Canter Safari service operating from Ramnagar.
Visitors must:
Follow instructions of guides, drivers, and forest officials.
Maintain silence and discipline inside the park.
Respect wildlife and natural habitats.
Avoid littering, smoking, alcohol consumption, or any activity prohibited by the Forest Department.
Any violation of park rules may result in immediate removal from the safari without compensation.
Jim Corbett National Park is a natural wildlife habitat.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Safari charges are for entry and safari experience only.
Absence of tiger or other wildlife sightings shall not be considered grounds for any dispute or claim.
Jim Corbett Safari Vista acts solely as a booking facilitator.
We shall not be held responsible for:
Changes in safari schedules
Government restrictions
Weather-related disruptions
Wildlife movement or non-sightings
Delays caused by authorities
Personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to belongings
Visitors participate in safari activities at their own risk.
The Forest Department and Jim Corbett Safari Vista reserve the right to:
Modify entry procedures
Change safari schedules
Restrict access to any zone
Amend policies and regulations without prior notice
Such decisions shall be final and binding.
