Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the most peaceful and naturally rich regions of the Corbett Tiger Reserve. Spread across dense forests, river belts, bamboo clusters, and scenic landscapes, the sanctuary offers visitors a unique wildlife and nature stay experience.
The name Sonanadi means “River of Gold” and the sanctuary forms an important part of the Shiwalik-Terai ecological region. Included under Project Tiger and Project Elephant, this zone is famous for its untouched forests, rich biodiversity, and excellent bird watching opportunities.
